All of our draws will take place on Facebook or Instagram live. We use a random number generator to find out the winner. As you will see in the live we will be responding to comments and questions in the live proving we are live. If the number generated is not a sold ticket we will generate another number until we have a winner.

You can find your ticket number in a number of places.

• When you enter the competition your ticket number will be provided on the confirmation page.
• You will receive a confirmation email which will hold your ticket number.
• You can log into your account, go to orders and your ticket number will be shown there.

If the competition is not sold out the draw still goes ahead giving you even better odds of winning that prize! All tickets sold are still valid therefore we will continue to generate a random number until we have a winner.
